Ground Lamb

Mellow and mildly flavor our grass-fed ground lamb is a great substitute for ground beef in any recipe. Our ground lamb tends to be on the leaner side, but with enough fat to make to make wonderfully succulent burgers, meatballs and sliders. It's of course great in shepherd’s pie!
